Yesterday evening, Richmond City Council officially proclaimed the third week of September to be Richmond Co-Responder & Crisis Responder Week. These teams of mental health professionals, law enforcement officers, peers, and support staff work collaboratively to respond to mental and behavioral health crises in our community, with the goal of preventing the need for more intensive intervention. We are proud of our teams and grateful for the work they do every day to support our community. #fearless #community #coresponderweek

What a wonderful afternoon at the Virginia Law Foundation Grant Award Luncheon at the Virginia Holocaust Museum. Evan Clarke, RBHF Board Trustee, accepted the grant award on our behalf. This grant will support recently incarcerated individuals in accessing mental health treatment. Thank you, again, Virginia Law Foundation for recognizing the importance of the work we do and supporting our work. #fearless #community #mentalhealthmatters
