Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to gather requirements and understand business needs. Write, test, and troubleshoot scripts and code in relevant programming languages, particularly PowerShell. Coordinate project activities from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments. Provide ongoing support during and after implementation to resolve any issues that arise. Document solutions, processes, and workflows for knowledge sharing and future reference. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. Master’s Degree (Preferred): An advanced degree in a related discipline may be preferred but is not mandatory. Experience Requirements: Min of 5-10 Yrs of exp in IT roles with a strong emphasis on scripting, automation, and system administration in Microsoft environments, particularly with PowerShell, Azure services, and Graph API libraries.5 Yrs of hands-on experience with PowerShell, including scripting and automation for administration in both on-premises and cloud environments (especially Microsoft Azure).Experience in designing and implementing solutions involving hybrid cloud architecture.Demonstrated knowledge in working with RESTful APIs and integrating services. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Windows Server Administration: Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy Management. Azure Services: Experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions, and Azure Automation.Scripting/Automation Tools: PowerShell modules, including but not limited to AzureAD, MSOnline, and the Azure PowerShell Module.API Interactions: Experience interacting with RESTful APIs, including managing authentication methods like OAuth. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation. Preferred Candidate: Started their career in Level One Support and progressively advanced through various levels of IT administration. Solid foundation in troubleshooting Windows device issues and a deep understanding of common challenges faced by end users. Proven track record of implementing automation solutions to streamline troubleshooting processes. Preferred Qualifications:Industry certifications,Previous exp in a client-facing role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and feedback integration. #wearehiring #hiring
