That’s the comparison Carlo Del Mistro, Chief Digital Officer at Ennismore, makes when describing the hotel’s “Dis-loyalty” program.     Once upon a time… There was a beautiful hotelier by the name of Crown & Champa Resorts with stunning properties all across the Maldives — setting the standard for luxury and excellence. Their story began with a challenge: making sure all 132 of their properties provided a seamless booking experience and personalized communications. Guests traveled far and wide to visit Crown & Champa Resorts, so the hotel used Revinate Marketing’s automation tools to execute campaigns around the clock at all properties.
