    We had an incredible time at our recent REVSouth summer outing, spending the day aboard a private boat! 🎉 With perfect weather and stunning views along the intracoastal, it was the ideal setting to unwind and connect with colleagues outside the office. From laughter to great conversations, the day was filled with fun, good vibes, and a sense of camaraderie. Everyone left feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on the rest of 2024 with renewed energy!

    Objections are inevitable in cold calling, and no matter how well you deliver your message, you're bound to face some pushback. That’s why mastering Objection Handling is crucial for keeping conversations alive and uncovering key pain points. Here are three essential keys to improve your objection-handling game ➡️ 🔹Acknowledge: Prospects need to feel heard and respected. Active listening is vital. Echo their concerns back to them and show empathy. Let them know you understand where they're coming from by saying, "I hear you," or "I understand." 🔹 Concise Messaging: Time is limited on a cold call, so keep your responses sharp. Break down your value prop into short, digestible pieces, and quickly address objections so you can steer the conversation back to a question. Stick to the formula: Acknowledge -> Value Prop -> Question. 🔹 Curiosity: Stay curious and ask questions. The goal is to discover your prospect’s needs while avoiding the trap of sounding interrogative. Tailor your questions to add value and steer the conversation toward a solution. Embrace objections—they’re opportunities to deepen the conversation and turn a "no" into a "yes."

From sourcing new leads to running introductory calls, we teed up opportunities for the sales team, helping them achieve impressive results. Over the past 12 months, we exceeded their meeting and opportunity goals by 1.5x, culminating in securing one of the year’s largest outbound closed-won deals!  Our Goals: • 85 Meetings • 36 Opportunities About the Client ➡ A cutting-edge platform designed to elevate customer engagement and enhance employee experience.     Meet the Team! ➡️ 🔹Greg: Greg says the best compliment he gets from clients is when they are surprised to learn that their Reveneer SDR team is provided by an agency and not part of their in-house team. Greg and his wife Laurie stay busy with their four grown children, a high schooler, and their black lab, Maui. Keep an eye out for Maui’s own organic fresh dog food brand, “Maui’s Bad Boy Biggie Blend”—maybe coming to a store near you someday! 🔹Conor: Conor is passionate about helping others and is fueled by a growth mindset. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, snowboarding, and cheering on his hometown Boston sports teams. As a first-generation Irish-American, Conor takes pride in being the first in his family to earn a college degree. 🔹Zach: Zach’s journey from starting as an SDR to managing large sales teams in Boston and now opening operations in Reveneer’s newest location in Ft. Lauderdale showcases his versatility. Outside of work, he enjoys baking bread and considers himself a slightly above-average baker. 🔹Taylor: Taylor’s expertise lies in designing and implementing a robust sales enablement program that equips our sales team with the tools, training, and resources for success. His first project in selling backup and disaster recovery sparked a lasting passion for sales, which continues to drive his success today. 🔹Anthony: Anthony plays a key role in service delivery and innovation, optimizing the technology we use for our SDRs. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, golfing, and trying out new restaurants. He once sailed from South Florida to Connecticut—a testament to his adventurous spirit.
