🌟 Last week, members of St. Louis RFC attended the FOCUS St. Louis forum on the Evolving Landscape of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Led by Dr. Alisa Warren, Executive Director of the Missouri Commission on Human Rights, the panel featured four dynamic DEIB professionals from the St. Louis area. They discussed key topics, including progress in DEIB initiatives, organizational challenges, and how leaders can empower their teams through this important work. We’re grateful for local opportunities like this to enhance our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion! 💪🏽

Kesha Kent, CEO of MrsKesha Speaks and Diversity Training and Facilitator, conducted an all-day training session with our Human Resources, Recruiters, Onboarding, and Community Partnership departments. Her presence was transformative; as she brought her unique style and radiant energy into the room, making everyone feel instantly comfortable and open to sharing. Kesha guided us through self-work on diversity, equity, and inclusion, then seamlessly transitioned into strategies for enhancing our diversity recruitment efforts. The highlight was our collaborative teamwork, where we delved into everyone’s strengths and how to leverage them effectively. We could not have achieved this without Kesha's thoughtful guidance and engaging activities. We all left with valuable strategies to enhance our daily work. Thank you, Kesha—your impact has been truly remarkable! Kesha Kent, BA, MAOL, DTM

Renaissance Financial is honored to have supported the St. Louis St. Jude Walk/Run this past Saturday. As part of a nationwide effort to recognize Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, we joined the movement to stand by the incredible kids and families at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Every step we took and every dollar donated went directly toward St. Jude’s mission: ensuring that no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food. This allows them to focus entirely on their child's recovery while St. Jude provides cutting-edge treatments not covered by insurance, completely free of charge.
