I haven’t kept it a secret that I really dig using #HubSpot ’s HubDB for dynamic directories. I light up on camera when I start talking about the use cases for directory-like functionality and how #HubDB can power those efforts efficiently and at scale. Especially because 80-90% of the work can be done by a HubSpot administrator or user before you need to get a developer involved. One of my favorite directory use cases is a modern resource or learning center. It’s a great use case because it’s approachable even for those who don’t want to go fully into having HubDB create pages automagically. With a HubDB-powered resource center, you can have a user-friendly and visually pleasing repository for all of your articles, eBooks, podcasts, videos, case studies, whitepapers, interactive tools, and more in a single location. Better still, you can then program other modules (such as ones for related content) to reference that same HubDB table to extend that functionality across multiple areas of your website. By comparison, you may currently have a resource center that uses a local module with field groups that have to be updated individually to add, remove, or update content on each page that uses that module. Additionally, you may be using a related content module that can pull in the most recent or most popular blog posts on a certain topic from one of your blogs but only that single content type and from a single location. While there’s nothing necessarily wrong with those setups, there’s so much more possibility, efficiency, usability, scalability, and value in using HubSpot’s most under-utilized hidden gem. Join 🎮Nicole Pereira🎮, Camille Balhorn, and me at 1 PM Eastern TODAY as we walk through this and other practical (and some uncommon) use cases for HubDB while we demystify one of HubSpot’s most powerful and unsung features. Have you heard of companies with awesome, dynamically created resource centers, app stores, or careers pages? Has a lack of token-based email functionality either prevented you from moving to HubSpot or have you missing other systems? Then Remotish's “Demystifying HubDB with Practical Use Cases” webinar featuring 🎮Nicole Pereira🎮 and me on-screen with Camille Balhorn providing valuable resources in the chat next week is just the thing for you. We’re going to cover topics such as: ▶ Showing how HubSpot Admins and Users can create HubDB tables and populate them with data. ▶ Showing how HubSpot Admins and Users can get their dynamic content tables (in HubDB) nearly-if-not fully complete before needing to bring in a developer resource (not the other way around). ▶ Exploring common and uncommon use cases (such as resource centers, app stores, careers pages, reference tables, programmable emails, and more) for how you can use HubDB to more efficiently and effectively deliver personalized content. Along with answering your questions live. Some of the sessions I enjoyed the most at #INBOUND23 were those covering artificial intelligence - specifically those that covered it from a tactical or how-it-can-be-applied perspective. It got me thinking about the considerations on when and how to apply AI from a strategist’s perspective in this clip below from Remotish's live stream last week. If you’re intrigued by what you see in the clip, check out the full live stream replay with Ãndrea Peck, J.D., Kristen DeWys, Shyanne Roberts, and me sharing insights about our favorite sessions and our actionable takeaways from INBOUND →  https://lnkd.in/eJBTReRa #hubspot #AI #generativeAI #artificialintelligence
