🚨🌧️ Flash floods and landslides have hit Mindanao, Philippines, affecting over 500,000 people, with the Bangsamoro region and Region 12 being hardest hit. Thousands are displaced, homes and farmlands are destroyed, and lives have been lost. Relief International is committed to supporting communities through this crisis. We are the ground in Rajah Buayan and Pagalungan, providing essential WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) kits and running health outreach programs to prevent disease outbreaks.

💧 Proper WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) facilities do more than provide clean water—they spark a ripple effect of positive change: 💪 Health: Reduced waterborne diseases mean healthier families and stronger communities. 📚 Education: Clean water and sanitation keep children, especially girls, in school. 💼 Economic Growth: With better health, communities can work and contribute to local economies. In partnership with @UNICEF, our efforts in Longchuk County, South Sudan have led to the construction of 11 water pumps now in full operation. These pumps are a lifeline for over 7,000 people. Together, we're building a brighter, healthier future.
