To prove efficiency and impact, performance is assessed using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as pollutant emission reduction, resource efficiency, and occupant comfort. 📊 KPIs are crucial for tracking improvements and convincing early adopters. 🌍 REHOUSE project at the SCS Network Talk On Thursday, July 2, 2024, FICHTNER Management Consulting AG (FMC) hosted the second SCS Network Talk in Stuttgart, Germany. The SCS Network Talk was organised by Master Smart City Solutions, Prof. Iris Belle and Gabriel Villegas de la Ossa. A panel discussion addressed the importance of municipal strategies for achieving climate neutrality goals. Margarita Antoni shared findings from Fichtner Management Consulting’s FMC study, highlighting Swiss cities' cautious approach to innovation despite high demand. 🏙️🔬 The discussion was moderated by REHOUSE EU colleague Vipul Sarnot (Steinbeis Europa Zentrum) along with the panelists Dr. Robert Thomann (CEO, Smart City Mannheim), and Roland Dieterle (CEO Special Solutions International GmbH), provided valuable insights. 🌍 Community Engagement in Puglia 🌍 On June 13, 2024, Antonio Disi and Monica Misceo from the ENEA Energy Efficiency Unit, along with @Marité Cuonzo from the Regione Puglia, met with resident families of the public housing building in Margherita di Savoia, Puglia. 🏢 This building is undergoing renovation and energy efficiency improvements as part of the European REHOUSE project. 🕹 During the meeting, residents participated in a simulation game called ENZEB, created by Antonio Disi.
