Through captivating storytelling and outstanding performances, SING SING is a powerful portray of how the arts are vehicle for rehabilitation. ➡️ The arts do not depend on academic education or other prerequisites—anyone can participate. ➡️ The arts are experiential and non-judgmental—there is no one correct answer. ➡️ The arts develop the ability to see the world from different perspectives, encourage positive risk-taking, and allow for the discovery of hidden skills and talents. Read more "FAQs About A24’s SING SING" on our blog before you head to the theater this summer. https://lnkd.in/gDN_ADQ3

Last Thursday, ahead of the NY & LA release of SING SING, RTA held a very special screening for our community of alums and teaching artists. The film was a hit amongst them all! We laughed, we cried, and at the end of it, we had a wonderful panel discussion with RTA's Founder, Katherine Vockins, our alumni cast members, and Brent Buell, the teaching artist who wrote the play featured in the film, "Breaking the Mummy's Code." Special thanks to A24 and Angelika FIlm Center
