    Had a great time on the Owner-operator panel at GREA's Forum last week. So many good takeaways from an operational standpoint! One of my comments on evictions received a lot of attention- There is a process in Texas to prevent your tenant from appealing the possession judgement. Appeals add the most time and money to any eviction, and most tenants know this.
