In 2023, our void fill replaced the equivalent of 41.5 million pounds (18.8 million kilos) of plastic, helping to #DeliveraBetterWorld.

One of the biggest challenges of running operations at our high-paced, high-growth company was staying ahead of sales demand, especially during our big consumer events. in the past, despite our best efforts, we struggled to deliver the 'wow' impact and meet daily output targets compared to order intake. To address this, we made significant changes this year. Introducing a new Warehouse Management System led to a 40% boost in efficiency, while automated packing machines increased capacity, reduced costs by optimizing outbound packages and helped with our sustainability goals, reducing empty space in our boxes. The impact was immediately felt during our consumer event - ESN week. Day 1 of the event, we delivered 2x outbound parcels vs our previous peak day performance and achieved a remarkable 98% On-Time performance thru the week. Customers were thrilled to receive order shipment confirmations within 24 hours of placing their orders. More to come!
