🏡 Join Our Home Loan Team in McAllen, Texas! Rally Credit Union is excited to announce openings for two key positions in our Home Loan Team: Mortgage Loan Originator I As a Mortgage Loan Originator I, you’ll assist our Mortgage Loan Originator II with home loan applications, follow up with applicants, and collect necessary documentation. You’ll provide excellent member service, meet sales goals, and support loan processing. Ideal candidates have 3 years of experience in a financial institution, with preferred experience in mortgage or real estate. Bilingual ability is preferred. Mortgage Loan Originator II In the Mortgage Loan Originator II role, you’ll educate and guide potential borrowers through the home loan process, develop business referral sources, and analyze financial data to match members with suitable home loan solutions. Candidates should have 5 years of experience in a high-volume sales/service environment and at least 1 year in mortgage origination. Bilingual ability is preferred. 🌊✨ Over the weekend, our incredible Rally team embarked on an Adopt-A-Beach clean-up initiative. 🚮 🌴We want to give a special shoutout to Rally team member, Sarah Rodriguez, who organized this event. After experiencing the pure fulfillment from her own Adopt-A-Beach excursion a few months back, she couldn't resist the urge to share that feeling with her Rally family. Sarah was pleasantly surprised by the overwhelming turnout of her fellow employees. Together, Rally employees filled a whopping 36 bags, weighing in at a staggering 180 lbs of trash!
