I've been wearing multiple hats – managing our digital marketing, enhancing our social media presence, and even diving into lead generation. Now, I can finally delegate these tasks to someone highly capable. We've just on boarded a new Digital Marketing & Project Manager who is set to grow our game in digital marketing, social media, lead generation, and IT projects. For me, this is a huge relief. This week has been the best week of the year so far. Adding to the excitement, it coincided with an inauguration day, making it a perfect gift for me to attend. Yesterday I asked the team to wrap up before dinner, and we enjoyed a team lunch in our new conference hall. The conversations flowed, and curiosity about my story was high, especially after sharing a bit during the event and press meet. We chatted about our journey from the start to where we are now. The enthusiasm was contagious. We had the privilege of hosting the IT minister, and the buzz around Warangal was electrifying. I reminded the team that with this recognition comes greater responsibility and the need to double our growth within a year. I shared my childhood stories, my journey in the US, and the evolution of the Raks Group LLC. Surprising to me, the team was captivated and enjoyed every moment. We spent the entire second half of yesterday celebrating, cutting a cake that perfectly captured the sentiment of the day with the words, "Success looks good on us." P.S. - How do you celebrate victories with your team?

Compared to last year, we’re seeing some fantastic results at Raks Group: - Placement closing increased by 200% - Above all, our Raks team retention rate increased by 90%. Here are my 5 best lessons: - Promote yourself shamelessly. You are your PR team. - “I will get it done” will make a big difference than “I don’t know how.” - Understand people. Behaviour. Actions. You are in people’s business first in place. - Learn to communicate with the team, and with partners, the smarter you speak the smoother you will move forward. - Learn communication, with a team, and with partners, the smarter you speak the smoother you grow. - Never ghost someone.
