Our traditional #Tech4Tech event once again brought together tech enthusiasts 👩💻👨💻 from across our bank for numerous activities centered on innovation and technology. One of this year’s highlights was the hackathon, where eight teams of colleagues worked on creating innovative customer service solutions for real banking challenges. The winning team 🥇 impressed the judges with their creativity and technical skills, earning a well-deserved prize for their efforts. The event also welcomed colleagues from Raiffeisen Bank International AG, including Ms. Elisabeth Geyer-Schall, Head of RBI Group Core IT, Data, and Platforms, who gave a talk on the future of digital banking. In-depth discussions on AI and the opportunities of digitalization were among the event's activities. Thanks to all who joined and made this event happen!

We were happy to be joined by representatives from Kosovo institutions and Raiffeisen Bank International AG at yesterday’s ceremony establishing Raiffeisen Tech Kosova. As a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Tech in Vienna 🇦🇹, this new company will support RBI by creating­ IT solutions and driving technological growth. The creation of Raiffeisen Tech Kosovo demonstrates the impressive skills of 🇽🇰 youth in working with international companies, while also highlighting RBI's commitment to advancing its technological investments. Prior to transitioning to this new entity, they operated as part of a Competence Center within our bank.
