Racine County’s Employees of the Month! We’re thrilled to shine a spotlight on three incredible individuals who embody dedication, care, and professionalism in their roles! Deputy Douglas Cecchini- Deputy Cecchini played a crucial role during a recent First Amendment audit. His calm demeanor and expert handling of a tense situation ensured that both employees and vulnerable clients remained safe and comfortable. His professionalism turned a potentially escalating situation into a positive resolution. Thank you, Deputy Cecchini, for your outstanding service and unwavering support! Elise Eschmann- Elise goes above and beyond every day, not just for the youth on her caseload but also for others. Whether she’s securing necessities for youth or assisting a co-worker with a difficult case, Elise is there, advocating and caring for Racine’s young people. Her passion for seeing these kids succeed is inspiring, and we’re lucky to have her as part of our team! Nannette Moore-Walker There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Nannette is! From making early morning sacrifices for her consumers to offering emotional support to her colleagues, Nannette goes above and beyond. Whether she’s advocating during doctor’s appointments, ensuring clients feel cared for, or even making someone’s day with a thoughtful gift, her empathy and care shine through. She’s not just a case manager but a beacon of kindness for all who know her. This past weeks Fun Friday Vibes at Racine County! 🏈 Well, folks, Friday was full of NFL spirit around the county!
