Day 3 in the books! Make it a Dumpling Day! Mike & Wendy Ding came in and taught the students how to make pork dumplings! The kids had a blast again. Learning the process to make the filling and then learning how to do all the types of pleats that give them that special look! We also had Allison from REAP Food Group in to lend a hand, but also to tell the kids about the amazing work they do and give out awesome resources of local farmers from the area to get amazing produce from!
