What a great day! After 2 years of planning, entitlements, design and development, we celebrated the set of the first two homes at Belle Meadow in Asheville, NC. Watching the giant crane place the boxes like Legos and then walking into an almost finished house a few minutes later is thrilling every single time! I'm filled with gratitude and appreciation for our Quartz Properties, Quartz Modular and Quartz Transport Teams. Their dedication and hard work are the heartbeat of our success, and I couldn't be prouder! Sharing the day with our partners at Champion Home Builders, Inc. and many trusted local providers made it even more special. Belle Meadow will be a gorgeous community of 90 4-bed/3-bath single family and duplex rental homes. It sits on a hilltop meadow with stunning mountain views and is only 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. This project is the culmination of 5 years of lessons in optimizing modular development at scale to achieve its full cost and time benefits, while still delivering compelling cost effective housing solutions into the market.
