She logged 45 defects in this release along with conducting database testing by writing complex queries on file level validation. Also, she conducted internal training for all employees on advanced topics of Database Testing and SQL. She continues to be invaluable asset to the Agile team for last 2 years supporting this flagship project. 🏆Venkatesh Ejjigiri- Venkatesh, a key team member who played a vital role in ensuring the successful release for one of our esteemed Canadian client. His efforts led to a flawless production release with zero defect leakage and on-time delivery. Venkatesh's dedication is evident as he meticulously scoring goals (defects) sprint after sprint with high degree of consistency. Furthermore, Venkatesh took the initiative to provide internal training to all employees on advanced Database Testing and SQL topics, showcasing his expertise and commitment to knowledge sharing. He reported 27 defects in the last release and wrote 127 detail level test cases. His performance was recognized by our client Product Owner and Scrum Master by providing client's appreciation award.
