How to accelerate digitalization in SME Lending was the topic of the panel discussion during the #CEE23 in which Christian Ruehmer discussed with Marcin Woch, Jiří Lexa, Balzas Topor, Kamil Gosławski under the leadership pf Michal Pawlik in Krakow the various aspects of #digitaltransformation. The discussion covered a broad range of aspects but all participants agreed that the customers need to stay in the focus of all efforts. A good digital approach supports customers where possible but an even better banking service is delivered when digital channels are combined with knowledgable and experienced experts. Over the past two days, we participated in the annual conference #CEE23, organized by the SME Banking Club in #krakow. On the first day, we hosted a workshop on #Digitaltransformation of SME Business, together with our partner Michael Ruckman from Senteo and our CTO Bharath Kumar Buchireddy (zerocode). On the second day our CEO, Christian Ruehmer also participated in a panel on how to approach and accelerate digitalization of #SMELedning. We are particularly proud that the participants of the conference voted Q-Lana as the Best SME Lending Solution.
