Take a look at a recent project where we revisited a Colorectal Cancer Visium HD dataset by 10x Genomics using the Visium HD analytics suite in our #CDIAM Multi-Omics Studio platform. We were able to dive into different regions on the tissue slide, cluster, predict cell types, compare expression and predict intercellular signaling. It's great to see biology at such a resolution! Great read on gamma delta T cells and oncology, but there is also quite a bit of research being done about their role in autoimmune diseases as well.
