    We’re putting our data to work! 💪 We dug into our HealthNexus database, one of the largest US pharma and medical claims databases, to work with Bloomberg on another story surrounding GLP1s in the States. Surprisingly enough, our data showed that Kentucky is the weight-loss drug capital of the United States. 📈 Some interesting findings showed that at least 4% of Bowling Green residents have received #Ozempic or similar prescriptions in the past year. Kentucky's high obesity rates, employer insurance coverage, and the city's middle-class demographics are key indicators of why there’s a higher adoption than in other “weight loss crazed” cities like Los Angeles or New York.     Pharma brands face challenges with TV ad targeting and measurement due to stringent patient data regulations like HIPAA and the My Health My Data Act. 😵💫 Even if access to patient data were easier, targeting ads based on health conditions can feel invasive to consumers. Recently Datavant partnered with Blockgraph to tackle this issue. Now, TV buyers and sellers can match insurance claims data, which we provide to Datavant, with TV ad exposure data, which Blockgraph gets from the TV distributors and publishers it’s integrated with.
