Publishers Weekly reposted this
“You give a child a house and they make it into a castle as they read.” I had the honor of profiling the extraordinary Katherine Rundell for Publishers Weekly's fall children's preview. We spoke about saluting young people for their curiosity and courage, making a feast of language, researching fantastic lore in Venetian libraries, and tapping into the inherent magic of middle grade stories. It was a joy, and I'm very happy to share a piece of that joy with you.
