This Halloween season, we’re inviting our alumni from Central Florida, Miami, San Antonio, Arizona, Los Angeles, Eagle Rock, New Mexico, and the Bay to confront their fears head-on—specifically the ones about running for public office! If the thought of stepping into the political arena gives you the heebie-jeebies, then this spooktacular virtual event is for you. On October 24th, join us for a panel of fearless alumni who’ve taken the plunge and run for office. They’ll share their candid stories and lessons from the campaign trail, while our partners at Leadership for Educational Equity (LEE) will offer tips, tricks, and tools to help you shape a better future. Whether you’re ready to run or just thinking about it, we’ve got you covered. So grab your RSVP and save your spot... if you dare! 🎃 https://lnkd.in/eF6ZB9hM

During his two years as a Public Ally with Public Allies Arizona Greggory Ohannessian was part of a project to make more inclusive spaces for children with disabilities, which was a passion of his. It fostered his desire to be an advocate for the community, and gave him the chance to learn the skills to do just that. Now, he is finding new paths for advocating for the communities he cares about. https://lnkd.in/gRuhYtRV... #publicallies #publicalliesarizona #americorps #advocacy #professionaldevelopment #leadershipdevelopment #inclusivity
