With a remarkable 9-year stint as a Staff Sergeant on the Minuteman missile maintenance program in the US Air Force, Sue brings unparalleled experience to our team. Robert brings a wealth of managerial experience from his diverse business endeavors. He holds a bachelor's degree in General Management and Business Administration from Bryant & Stratton College. In his spare time, Robert enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife Leah, of 8 years, and their three wonderful children: Elijah, Lauryn, and Isaiah. Congratulations to our Vista, CA Plant for passing their 2024 Recertification ISO Audit with zero findings! This marks the 6 out of 7 ISO audits scheduled for 2024, and we couldn’t be prouder. The auditor was thoroughly impressed with our minimal equipment downtime, highlighting the outstanding work of our Maintenance team. Joe, the auditor, also praised Vista’s exceptional awareness of our Quality Policy. Every employee emphasized customer satisfaction and safety. Additionally, Joe commended Prudential Overall Supply for its exemplary standardization of processes across all plants. Among the 125 companies he audits each year, Prudential truly stands out in this regard.
