ProStart has reached a record-setting year with over 214,000 high school students enrolled! This marks a 30% increase in students and a 17% expansion in participating schools. With over 1 million students having benefited from ProStart in the past 27 years, this program is creating culinary visionaries, business owners, and industry innovators - none more evident than Chef Jordan Weber, Chef Culinary Innovation at Nestlé Professional, who says ProStart laid the groundwork for where she is today.
