Recently, our CMO, Kateryna Borovska, participated in a panel discussion about effective communication platforms at Ukrainian TechComms Days. At Promova, we have achieved great results in managing communications both in the domestic market of Ukraine and internationally. Our free app in Ukraine helps users learn languages and improve their quality of life. Internationally, we combine marketing tools with classic PR to share our story globally. That’s why Kate had so much to contribute. We asked her to share a few of the key takeaways from the discussion that she plans to implement at Promova. Here they are: 🤝 Focus on values: emphasize our commitment to accessibility, adaptability, sustainability, and social responsibility. 🗣️ Consistent communication: always highlight our social initiatives, such as Dyslexia Mode and the American Sign Language course. 🎯 Targeted messaging: communicate more frequently to specific audiences. IT Ukraine Association, thank you for the opportunity to share our journey and insights! Special thanks to Sophia Luts, Head of Marketing of the loyalty program Fishka, and Svitlana Hnatiuk, an accessibility expert at the NGO «Barrier-Free», for their inspiring case studies. Your stories were highly impactful for our team.

Promova was named the winner of the 2024 EdTechX Language Learning Award at London EdTech Week! Why? Because we’ve got that magic mix of solid revenue growth and a strong business model, which was recognized by IBIS Capital. But we truly believe the win was due to our amazing team and awesome users. This victory belongs to all of us! Cheers!

It was a Friday afternoon at the Promova office when an unexpected ding echoed through the open space. A new review had just come in! As the words appeared on the screen, a series of reactions unfolded like a thriller that gives you goosebumps. Some gasped in shock, others cheered with delight, and a few did not dare to fully reveal the text of the message. But one thing was clear: this feedback was something...we hadn't received before. Watch the video to see how that one review can impact the whole team. Keep the feedback coming!
