Let’s congratulate Beth Raskin Demba and Lisa Brady for earning recognition as Globest Women of Influence! Get to know the impact of these two Prologis leaders: Beth oversees the Northeast region’s investment opportunities and strategy. In 2023, Beth managed pricing and acquisition for buildings and land totaling 6 million square feet and $1.4B in value. Additionally, Beth has led development investments of 1.7 million square feet, focusing on integrating ESG goals in new developments for our customers. Lisa has played a critical role in building our Las Vegas portfolio, which covers 14 million square feet, 80 buildings, two active development sites and 250 customers. The Las Vegas team boasts high occupancy and customer satisfaction – a testament to the culture she has created for her team. Congratulations, Beth and Lisa! Every year, our teams participate in the Courage Classic to raise funds for Children's Hospital Colorado. This year, the team has raised more than 2x of our fundraising goal – but they’re still working hard to pull in donations for this worthy cause! Just this last week, our New York / New Jersey team embarked on their annual honorary #CourageClassic ride along 10 miles of the Hudson River. Today, the sun shines on Spain – literally! We are collaborating with ACCIONA Energía to install solar panels on several of our rooftops to harvest 10.5MWp of power, benefitting both our customers and the residents surrounding our facilities.   Keep an eye on Barcelona and Madrid, where the first two installations will be completed! #RenewableEnergy ¡Hoy, el sol brilla sobre España! Estamos colaborando con ACCIONA Energía para instalar comunidades solares en varios de nuestros edificios logísticos en España. Con este acuerdo, ACCIONA Energía instalará hasta 10,5MWp fotovoltaicos en las cubiertas de nuestras naves españolas. Las primeras instalaciones que se completarán estarán ubicadas en Penedès (Barcelona) y en San Fernando de Henares (Madrid).
