Did you know that learning how to start a business builds creative thinking skills and self-confidence that can be utilized in any employment setting?! The Project LIFE 101 team at Monroe One BOCES in Brighton, NY knows this to be true after starting "LIFE Gardens" Microenterprise in February. The interns planted mini herb gardens and vegetable plants in portable greenhouses and transplanted them as they grew. During their plant sale on April 30, they made over $525 in gross sales. Kudos to Instructor Ted Esders and team for providing top notch learning opportunities that also benefitted the gardeners in their community!! #butlertech
