Professional Crisis Management (PCM) has been a cornerstone in behavior management for over 40 years, offering a tried and perfected system that stands out as the only fluency-based crisis management approach grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This robust system is rigorously developed with a strong scientific foundation and is distinctively designed with a heavy focus on prevention. PCM's methodology encompasses nuanced approaches tailored for different levels of escalation, ensuring safety and efficacy are prioritized at every step. Notably, PCM is the only system that incorporates the use of a safety mat during ground restraints, enhancing the safety for all parties involved.
