🌿 Le marché de la mobilité verte continue de prendre de l’ampleur, et le BioGNV se positionne comme une solution incontournable en France ♻️ Chez 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗔𝗟, nous sommes fiers d’accompagner cette transition en participant activement au développement des infrastructures de distribution de #BioGNV, un carburant renouvelable issu de la valorisation des déchets organiques via notre solution 𝗖𝗡'𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡®. 🚛 Il y a quelques jours nous étions à l’inauguration de la station BioGNV GAZIE à Saint-Laurent-Blangy (Pas-de-Calais - 62). La station de distribution 𝗖𝗡'𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗡® d'une capacité de 920Nm3/h de #biogaz pourra alimenter 𝟯𝟬𝟬 VL par jour ou 𝟱𝟬 Poids Lourds / Bus / BOM (Bennes à Ordures). Mise en service fin septembre, cette station publique permettra de soutenir les entreprises et collectivités dans leur démarche de réduction des émissions de CO2, tout en offrant une alternative économique aux carburants fossiles. ✅ La station permettra d'alimenter les camions du SMAV (Syndicat Mixte Artois Valorisation) qui roulent au biogaz. 🔎 Le marché du BioGNV en France connaît une croissance remarquable : de plus en plus de véhicules lourds, notamment dans le secteur du transport, optent pour ce carburant vert. Cette dynamique s’inscrit dans une politique ambitieuse visant à réduire l’empreinte carbone et à promouvoir l’économie circulaire. 📣 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗔𝗟 démarrera fin 2024 une nouvelle unité 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗨𝗥® aux côtés du groupe sucrier Français 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 et de 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 à Fontaine-le-Dun (Seine-Maritime). 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 fournira de la pulpe de betterave à 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 pour alimenter l‘unité de méthanisation BioNorrois. Ces résidus organiques, issus de la transformation de betteraves à sucre par 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻, constitueront environ la moitié de la matière traitée par le méthaniseur à son démarrage - le complément étant constitué d’autres déchets organiques agricoles et agroalimentaires du territoire sourcés par 𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀. 🍃 Dans la première phase d’exploitation du méthaniseur, et ce grâce à la technologie 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗨𝗥®, la production annuelle attendue s’élèvera à près de 𝟴𝟵 𝗚𝗪𝗵 𝗣𝗖𝗦 de #biométhane par an et atteindra, à terme, sa capacité maximale de 𝟭𝟱𝟯 𝗚𝗪𝗵 𝗣𝗖𝗦 par an, soit l'équivalent de la 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝗱𝗲 𝟯𝟬 𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀. 𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐔𝐆𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐃𝐄 𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐒 𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐒 𝐋𝐀 𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐄 🍃 Ce vendredi 27 septembre 2024, nous avons eu l'honneur d'assister à l'inauguration du site de 𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐒 à Romans sur Isère dans la Drôme (26). En injection depuis mars 2024, ce projet porté par Michel Rozand, exploitant agricole, a été soutenu par la SEM ROVALER ainsi que par la société TER'GREEN et construit par NASKEO. Grâce à la technologie 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗨𝗥® de 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗔𝗟, 𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐒 sera en capacité de produire 80 Nm3/h de biométhane par an soit l'équivalent de la consommation annuelle de 2600 logements, 45 bus / jour toute l'année 🍃 Quant au digestat, il servira d'engrais naturel pour une utilisation essentiellement agricole sur l'exploitation en substitution aux engrais chimiques 🚜 Dès 2025, des systèmes de garanties d'origine du site 𝐁𝐈𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐒 seront mis en place pour alimenter la station Drôme Energies Distribution de Romans.
