Mechanical inspection (integration with LemonSquad, a Wrench, Inc. company) When you're doing a long-distance deal, having it inspected is important because you're most likely unable to see the vehicle in person before purchasing it. With our LemonSquad integration, a certified mechanic performs an inspection and the report is uploaded directly in our app. 2. Electronic documents Every deal includes an eBill of Sale for ease of the transaction when not in person. We also now have the ability to add the Title Check service to the deal to verify details of the title with the state DMV. 3. This one sold over the weekend: 2025 Rivian R1S for $72,000 What we've learned directly from the customer over the last two years is now coming to life with the launch of DealNow dot com. (coming soon) The art is in ironing out the nuances to the sale. This is mostly achieved by introducing simplicity while removing uncertainty. Complexity and uncertainty is abundant with money movement, titles, loan payoffs, transfer of ownership, etc. We are chiseling away at every aspect of this process and excited about the future. With DealNow, businesses (dealers) and marketplaces will now have access to this technology to power "scalable" transaction volumes. White label or branded flows available. As a "tech first" company, every implementation is designed to accommodate scale. In our product discussions....we float big numbers with every new feature. For example, what if 100,000 of those happened in one month, can it happen successfully without requiring human intervention? If the answer is YES, we move forward. If it is NO, we rethink. This deal just happened. 2024 Audi E-Tron GT sold using DealNow. Buyer and seller got fully verified. Buyer wired $91,000 to his personal PrivateAuto Pay account Docs were signed and funds transferred to seller instantly. Deal closed. 🙌 The only communication we had was from the seller asking a few questions about withdrawing funds after the deal closes. No other communication. Creating a frictionless peer-to-peer car transaction was our vision from the beginning. Out of all sales, this one is the most difficult. Not anymore. And it's only getting better......soon, all the people with loan payoffs will be able to sell privately and experience a streamlined way to payoff the loan and securely transfer ownership (title) to the new buyer, all through the platform. 😉 Stay tuned.....
