This experience ignited a dedication to extending the same kindness and compassion to others in need. She brightens the days of both patients and colleagues alike with her remarkable ability to evoke smiles and laughter, even amid tumultuous times. Patients have marveled at this gift, describing it as ‘a wonder to see.’ One patient beautifully expressed, 'Her unwavering kindness, even during the most demanding hours, is a testament to her exceptional character. Knowing her has genuinely enriched my life.'

The Purpose Statement for Principle Auto is “To Be a Trusted, Caring Friend Helping People Move Through Life in a Sustainable Way.” This statement is usually about providing our Guests with a transparent, efficient purchase and lease process in Sales and a quick, thorough maintenance process in Service. Recently, we discovered that this Purpose also applies to what we can do for our Associates, to help THEM move through life in a more sustainable way. Today, we celebrated our first graduating class for those Associates that completed a Spanish to English course to help them learn to communicate better in English. This course was provided at no cost to the Associates and was completely voluntary. Several Associates had previously requested this type of training on their Individual Development Plans and our Leadership saw this as an opportunity. Their eagerness to enhance their communication skills will not only benefit them and the organization in their professional life, but in everyday interactions in their personal life as well. A professional from San Antonio’s SEFLA Languages taught a class of 15 to 20 Associates every week for several weeks. They commented that our Associates had fun and were very enthusiastic during the whole process. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this happen from the Leadership at the Home Office that researched and set up the program to the Leaders at the Stores that covered shifts and time to allow the Associates to attend.

Lead counts increased, surpassing industry averages.
