What makes Newlab effective at accelerating critical technology? Our method of aligning Infrastructure, Industry, and Investment in places with unfair advantages like Detroit, MI. And we couldn't deliver on that trifecta without fantastic partners who enable us and our startups to pilot using their unique infrastructure. Congratulations to one of those partners, Capt. Paul LaMarre III of Port of Monroe on a feature article that shines a light on the fantastic work he has been doing at the port. Port of Monroe may not be the largest port in the US, but its leaders are extremely forward-thinking, and now its the first container terminal in Michigan and the most state-of-the-art port on the Great Lakes. The Port of Monroe has already been home to a critical pilot with Newlab portfolio company Mythos AI and will hopefully be home to many more!
