Senior research leader and global public health program director committed to promoting gender equity / SRH, and eliminating stigma / violence.
I love being the co-Chair of the USAID sponsored Male Engagement Task Force! Thank you Dr. Kate Dovel and Dr. Time Shand for great presentations! Among Tim's points from his recent report / review of men & SRH policies across the globe: *Only a small number seek to engage men to accomplish gender equality. *HIV is the most covered SRH topic. *Insufficient focus on young men. *Contraception is often framed as a female issue only.
