The Pop Culture Collaborative is a philanthropic resource and funder learning community working to transform the narrative landscape in America around people of color, immigrants, refugees, Muslims, and Indigenous peoples, especially those who are women, queer, transgender, and/or disabled. The Collaborative supports the growth of the pop culture for social change field through four interconnected program areas: grantmaking, convening and networking, narrative design, and philanthropic learning.

Full description and how to apply directions are at the link provided but here's a snapshot: Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer and working as part of the organizational Innovations team, the Pop Culture Collaborative seeks a Director of Impact and Evaluation to oversee organizational and program evaluation strategy and implementation, as well as initiatives that demonstrate the pop culture narrative change field’s ability to transform the narrative waters towards a just and pluralist society. This role will 1) design and oversee implementation of organizational and programmatic level evaluation strategy, including multiple grantmaking programs; 2) identify, develop, and manage deployment of evaluation and impact tools, participatory processes, systems, and/or staff/consultant teams to gather, reflect, share, and analyze data and insights; 3) work with a cross-team of fundraising, grantmaking, and storytelling staff to document and share impact evaluation analysis and recommendations via multiple storytelling and learning media products, tools, resourcing documents, and events, and represent the Collaborative’s impact and evaluation work publicly; 4) recruit and oversee a high-level, long-term consultant to further design, test, and finalize INCITE,* a beta, multi-pronged field and funder learning impact system for coordinated use by field members and philanthropic organizations to track the evolution and cascading impact of individual field members and the pop culture narrative change field over time. The Director of People and Culture will also be the primary liaison between the Pop Culture Collaborative’s internal team and its fiscal sponsor, Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors (RPA), to manage HR infrastructure, systems, compensation, and benefits.
