We are seeking an APAC Developer Relations Manager/Director to join our team and represent the company across Asia! Location: APAC Region (Flexible) Job Summary: The Head of APAC DevRel will be responsible for managing and expanding the company’s operations, partnerships, and developer communities in the region. This individual will be the primary leader for APAC, driving the strategic direction and execution of initiatives to grow the company’s presence across diverse markets while fostering relationships with key projects and developer communities. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and execute the regional business strategy, aligning with global objectives and local market dynamics. - Identify key opportunities in APAC, including potential partnerships and developer engagement strategies. - Provide leadership, ensuring strong performance and alignment with business goals. Business Development & Growth: - Drive business expansion through partnerships in sectors such as DeFi, social, security, and other crypto-native verticals. - Lead market entry strategies in new APAC regions, leveraging local insights to adapt global products and services. - Build and nurture relationships with developer communities, projects, and key influencers to support regional growth. Key Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in the crypto space. - Strong knowledge of the crypto/blockchain ecosystem, AI, and emerging technologies. - Proven track record in managing and scaling operations and developer communities across APAC markets. - Extensive network within the crypto industry and familiarity with APAC-specific projects. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. - Proficient in English and Chinese. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience at a Tier 1 crypto-native infrastructure startup.
