📣October 3rd marks the National Day of Action for Latina Equal Pay. This is the second year that the date is observed during #HispanicHeritageMonth to call attention to the Latina pay gap. 💸According to the US Census Bureau, all Latinas with reported earnings were paid 51 cents to the dollar paid to white, non-Hispanic men. This includes Latinas working full-time, part-time, part year, and seasonally.
