PMV Pharma has just dosed the first patient in the registrational, tumor-agnostic Phase 2 portion of the PYNNACLE clinical trial. This marks a significant milestone in the journey toward pioneering precision oncology therapies.   PMV is investigating rezatapopt (PC14586), a first-in-class precision oncology small molecule therapy designed to target the TP53 Y220C mutation in advanced solid tumors. PMV announced updated Phase 1 results from our ongoing Phase 1/2 #PYNNACLE clinical trial that showed #PC14586 achieved efficacy in heavily pretreated patients across multiple tumor types and was well tolerated with a favorable safety profile.   Alison Schram, M.D., medical oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and PYNNACLE study investigator, will be presenting these results in a late-breaking poster session today at the 2023 AACR-NCI-EORTC International Conference on Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics.
