Piper Sandler is pleased to announce the successful closing of Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe for Vista Prairie Communities, headquartered in Champlin, Minnesota. Proceeds of the notes will be used to finance the construction of a 139-unit senior living campus located in St. Francis, Minnesota. In addition to the notes, Piper Sandler placed a $7,100,000 Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) loan for the project with PACE Loan Group headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Vista Prairie Communities is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization that owns and operates eleven senior living communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and Ohio. Vista Prairie Communities is dedicated to serving those who entrust us with their lives, health and well-being. Vista Prairie transforms lives by providing compassionate care and joy-filled environments in the communities they serve, offering a full range of senior living services including assisted living, independent living, memory care, care suites and respite care. The Piper Sandler team is committed to delivering superior results to its senior living clients.

This week, a group of Piper Sandler public finance, fixed income and operations team members volunteered for the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. In their ninth year volunteering with the Women Build Program, the team framed exterior and interior walls in advance of the 2024 Carter Work Project this fall. Our seasoned volunteers and new recruits included Surina Arora, Cassandra Calixte, Nicole E., Laura Flick, Alisa Gingerich, Audrey Hylle, Julia Li, Sarah Miles, Wendy Smith and Oriana Van Den Handel.

The Piper Sandler London consumer team hosted clients at the VIP Tipi for the annual “Taste of London” in Regent’s Park. It was a chance to discover menus and taste food across London’s most critically acclaimed restaurants. The park was transformed into a festival with the opportunity to meet leading and upcoming food and drink brands. Thank you to all who attended!

We were honored to host over 200 attendees for our Global Exchange and Trading Conference in New York City. CNBC’s Bob Pisani was on hand to conduct live interviews with industry leading CEOs from the conference. Senior Research Analyst Patrick Moley, CFA led 16 fireside chats and institutional investors were able to meet with company management teams for one-on-one meetings.

Aviditi is a premier alternative investment bank providing full lifecycle services to financial sponsors, global alternative investment managers and limited partner investors with offices in New York City, Dallas, London and Munich.
