Since the new year, we've made significant progress on the site. -The exterior of the building is now complete and the building is closed in -All siding, glass, storefronts, man doors, and exterior lighting is installed -Final grading has been completed and dock wells and pads have now been poured -The building is now 55% pre-leased There is still 15,000-25,000 sqft available.
