The historic adaptation of the original nunnery and rectory that also served as an employee clubhouse for Larkin Soap Company now provides nine apartment units with quality finishes and hardwoods throughout. The project entails the renovation of approximately 182 kitchens in an occupied senior apartment complex. Tenants will be moved out in the morning and moved back in at the end of the day.
