Phoenix Operating Update! We’re kicking off the first week of July with an exciting 21-well completions program, starting at the Nate 27 pad. We’ll be working through four pads in total—Nate 27, Daniele 26, Axel Ferrari 25, and Jacobson 19—featuring 21 3-mile lateral wells. Over the next several months, we’ll be frac’ing them in sequence and prepping them for production. We’ve just sealed our second-largest acquisition deal to date! Phoenix Capital Group has acquired an additional 1,500 net royalty acres in the Uinta Basin rounding out our acreage to 4,500 total net royalty acres in Duchesne County, Utah.
