Phagelux AgriHealth has announced the launch of its new subsidiary, Phagelux Animal Health. The new entity, headquartered in Ames, Iowa, will focus on developing innovative products for the #animalhealth industry based on #bacteriophage technology. "Our new base in Ames, Iowa, home of Iowa State University's innovation center and state-of-the-art facilities, will allow us to leverage the local scientific community's resources and drive the development of new, effective solutions that meet the needs of the global livestock market," said CEO Mark Engel. An excellent article… I think we are later on the hype-curve than a few years ago. Expectations have come down for phage therapy and successful uses ha e emerged lime our applications at #Omnilytics in #cropscience and #foodsafety. #Phage solutions that figure out how to fit into and/or develop new market applications will have great success.
