When life feels heavy, remember that your pet is right there by your side. Take a break, unplug, and share a few quiet moments together. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to feel a little lighter. ❤️

Happy Halloween! While costumes are cute, therapy visits are about connection, not costumes! Here’s why we keep things costume-free: ✨ The Magic is in the Bond: The natural connection between clients and therapy animals is powerful enough without added accessories. 😕 Reducing Confusion: Costumes may be confusing or distressing, especially for clients with cognitive challenges. 🧼 Prioritizing Safety: Costumes can pose safety risks and make it harder to maintain infection control standards. Instead of costumes, festive bandanas and Pet Partners vests are always welcome! Thank you for helping us make every visit safe, comfortable, and impactful. ❤️

Not only is today Halloween, but it's also Bogie's ✨ 9th birthday! ✨ This little Halloweenie (one of his many nicknames! 🎃) has always had a sixth sense for finding those who need comfort—whether they've faced a tragedy, are feeling down, or just need a friend. Sweet Bogie never leaves a person’s side until his work is done, leaving behind a trail of smiles and comfort wherever he goes. 🥹

On October 10, Sam reached an incredible milestone—his 600th therapy visit! 🎉 This gentle giant has brought joy and comfort to more than 21,500 people throughout his journey. Now, he’s on track to achieve the American Kennel Club's highest therapy honor: Therapy Dog Supreme. With this accomplishment, Sam is likely to return to the St. Bernard Hall of Fame, becoming the first Bronze Grand Champion to also earn this prestigious title. A huge congratulations to Sam and his dedicated handlers, David and Vita, for their outstanding contributions and positive impact on so many lives! ❤️🐶

When a hospice patient wished for a special visit from a therapy cat, Rorschach and his handler, Paige, were there to make it happen. For someone in hospice care, especially a lifelong cat lover, moments like this are truly priceless. We’re proud to be one of the few organizations that registers cats as therapy animals, bringing comfort, joy, and soothing purrs to those who need it most. 😺💖

Congratulations to Hermie and Niki for passing their reevaluation! 🎉 Hermie was adopted in 2019 and has been a therapy guinea pig since 2022. His favorite activity? Having his cheeks scratched, which makes him softly snuffle 🥹 to show his happiness. He and Niki are changing lives through our Community Partner group, Tufts Paws for the People, a core service program of the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. Small but mighty, Hermie’s BIG personality leaves an unforgettable impression on everyone he meets. 💖✨
