HIRING!!!! We are looking for a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer for Palakkad region to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and technical support of Flagman device—an advanced Industry 5.0 IIoT edge device—at various customer sites. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) space, contributing directly to the enhancement of industrial automation and efficiency. Responsibilities: - Install and configure Flagman devices at customer sites, ensuring functionality and integration within their existing systems. - Perform electrical wiring and establish correct PLC connections. - Integrate APIs and software solutions to enhance the functionality of Flagman devices. - Conduct comprehensive site assessments and offer on-site technical support to customers. - Collaborate closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Provide training and ongoing support to customers on the effective use of Flagman. - Document installation processes, track customer interactions, and report feedback to the internal team. Qualification: - Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. - Fresher or 1 years of experience in application engineering, or field service roles, preferably within networking, automation, or electrical installation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and partners. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Willingness to travel frequently to different regions as required.
