We Build Better
About us
We began as a merit shop general industrial contractor back in 1979. Since then, we’ve grown to provide full-service construction through all phases of the industrial construction process—from site prep through start-up. Performance serves a wealth of industries – from chemical and power, to automotive and refinery – with construction, turnaround, and maintenance services that put safety and quality at the forefront of every project and decision. Everything that we do is based on our performance; it’s our namesake and our crowning jewel. We hang our hat on a good, safe day’s work and our ability to do the job to the best of our ability

Episode 9: In this riveting episode of the Built to Serve podcast, host Michael Farve welcomes a distinguished guest and old comrade, Rolan Daniel Wade, Sergeant 1st Class in the Army National Guard. Daniel takes us on a journey through his remarkable military career, starting with the awe-inspiring story of earning his combat action badge at the tender age of 18. Listen as Daniel and Michael reminisce about their shared experiences during Daniel's first deployment to Iraq and dive into the lighter side of military life, including Daniel's unexpected mastery of ping pong at the MWR (Morale, Welfare, and Recreation) facilities. Through their conversation, you'll gain insight into the camaraderie and moments of levity that sustain soldiers in the toughest times. https://lnkd.in/ge4Bbh6d
