The PepsiCo-Preneurs programme aims to empower young entrepreneurs with the right tools to grow a successful business, but also cultivate future community leaders who can drive positive change and access to nutritional products at affordable prices in local communities. Today we welcomed a fresh cohort of aspiring entrepreneurs to our PepsiCo-Preneurs learnership programme! Over the next 12-months, 56 participants aged 18-24, will complete a New Venture Creation learning programme with practical in-field training, facilitated by Afrika Tikkun. During this time, these budding entrepreneurs will receive expert guidance to build and accelerate their businesses, selling nutritional PepsiCo South Africa and FUTURELIFE®️ products at affordable prices in local communities. Upon completing the 12-month programme, participants will also have completed a recognised NQF Level 4 Marketing qualification. Launched in 2021, the PepsiCo-Preneurs initiative was born from FUTURELIFE®️'s commitment to address two critical challenges: the high youth unemployment rate and the lack of nutritional meals and education in underprivileged areas. #PepsiCoProud #YouthEmpowerment #Entrepreneurship #CommunityNutrition

Our teams recently came together to enjoy an authentic PepsiCo South Africa Heritage Day celebration at our headquarters in Cape Town. Under the theme of "Our Heritage, Our Culture", our associates were encouraged to dress up in their most vibrant traditional outfits. We were joined by the incredible Unathi Msengana, who shared her personal story and inspired attendees to reflect on their roots and how they contribute to the richness of South African identity. It was a celebration filled with laughter, connection and a deeper appreciation for the diversity of cultures that make up our nation.
