Nicole joined the team in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative and has progressed through several roles during her tenure, which all led to her current position as Director. Her favorite part about her role is supporting each team members’ development and helping them achieve their goals. In 2023, her team handled over 660,000 calls and processed over 400,000 tasks, while meeting service level standards and exceeding quality expectations. Her department also celebrated more than 20 promotions, including promotions of other team members to leadership roles, to ensure that all team members are well supported.
