We are proud to stand with Governor Tim Walz and the State of Minnesota as they take significant steps toward creating recovery-friendly workplaces. We believe that supporting individuals in recovery is essential for building stronger communities, healthier work environments, and a more resilient workforce. As Minnesota sets the standard for recovery-friendly practices, we are committed to being part of this movement, fostering environments where individuals in recovery can thrive both at work and in their personal lives. Let’s create a future where recovery is respected, supported, and celebrated in every workplace. Together, we can make lasting change.

We provide meaningful connections that impact underserved communities, create systemic change & deliver better outcomes.
About us
Pathfinder Solutions set out to address the challenges of addiction and improve outcomes for substance use disorders. We quickly realized that the shortage of care goes beyond the traditional recovery community and affects various underserved populations, including formerly incarcerated individuals and tribal nations. We got to work building the Pathfinder platform, a fully-integrated technology tool that enables connection and collaboration with individuals and their support teams. We are modernizing existing structures by providing individuals and organizations who work tirelessly to support them with better tools and greater access to data.

Last week we had the honor of guiding and witnessing Red Lake Chemical Health Programs complete the Native American Peer Recovery Services Training. Throughout the training, we focused on healing from a holistic perspective—one that incorporates traditional Native practices, spiritual well-being, and the wisdom of ancestors. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch the trainees embrace this approach and grow in their roles. They continue to show immense dedication, resilience, and a deep commitment to making a difference in the lives of others. We're confident that each of these graduates will bring not only their training but also their passion for healing back to their communities. We look forward to seeing the incredible work they’ll do, and are grateful for the opportunity to be part of their journey. Miigwech to everyone involved, and congratulations to this wonderful group of future leaders in recovery! #indigenoushealing #CulturalWellness #nativerecovery #IndigenousStrength #nativepeersupport

September is National Recovery Month—a time to celebrate the strength and resilience of those in recovery and to spread hope to those still struggling. Recovery is possible, and it’s a journey best traveled together. This month is dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and supporting the countless individuals and families impacted by addiction. Its time to shine a light on recovery and show that there’s hope for a brighter tomorrow. #endthestigms #endtheshame #nationalrecoverymonth #wedorecover

Our CEO, Dave Wellstone, spent the day in Chicago yesterday. He has a few thoughts. ---------------------------- Last night, I had the privilege of watching my friend, Governor Tim Walz, step onto the national stage and accept the Vice Presidential nomination. It was a moment filled with pride and reflection. As Tim spoke, I couldn’t help but think about my father - and his belief in grassroots organizing, his unwavering commitment to social justice, and his dedication to empowering people to be the change they want to see in the world. Camp Wellstone may be where Tim first built the foundation for his political career, learning the principles of grassroots organizing and people-powered politics. But what has always impressed me most is how Tim has forged his own path from there. He’s taken those values and made them uniquely his own, leading with integrity, compassion, and an understanding of what matters to everyday people. And it’s special that Peggy Flanagan, our Lieutenant Governor, was Tim’s lead trainer at Camp Wellstone. The lessons she passed on and the bonds they forged are still shaping Minnesota today. Tim and I have shared many conversations over the years, united by our friendship and a mutual commitment to a fairer and more compassionate society. I’m thrilled for him, his wife Gwen, and their children, Hope and Gus. But more than that, I’m grateful that our country has been able to learn about the kind of thoughtful, caring leadership Tim has consistently brought to Minnesota. My father’s legacy was always about giving people the tools and encouragement to lead, but it was never about taking credit for where those leaders go. Tim is a shining example of someone who’s taken what he learned and built his own way forward, driven by a deep commitment to the people he serves. He truly embodies my fathers unwavering belief that "we all do better, when we ALL do better." That’s the kind of leadership we need more of, and I’m proud to see it take center stage. I know my father would be proud, too.
