We went live with Paradox at 6 pm on June 6th. By 8 am the next morning we had 18 candidates scheduled for interviews, WHILE WE SLEPT! In our first 30 days we did nearly 1300 interviews and had 500 accepted offers. We are off to a great start with our new venture.
